Les Mas'Hauts, small wood and glass chalets on the terrace of L'Espérance, are inspired by the Savoyard mazots used by our ancestors as larders. They were used to store salted meats, cereals and other foodstuffs to get through the harsh winters.
We wanted to preserve the mountain spirit of these mazots, inviting you to enjoy an authentic, modernised, warm and gourmet experience.
The heart of our home is where residents and visitors meet. Like an obvious passageway, it is an invitation to conviviality, to the sweetness of life, to gourmet pleasures; from morning coffee, to afternoon tea, to aperitifs. Aux Grands Rouges changes with the hours, taking with it the light from outside. Like an echo to our entire decor, inspired by copper, an ancestral metal reminiscent of dolomite, the stone to which the Grandes Rousses massif owes its name.
