The Spa des Alpes invites you to melt into a cocoon of softness, to treat yourself to a suspended moment, out of time, to share or to savour for yourself. With its 500 m2, its sensory area, its cold & light room, its fitness room and its seven treatment rooms, including one for two, the Spa des Alpes invites residents and visitors to enjoy each area according to their desires: sensory pool, experience showers, ice fountain, sauna, hammam and herbal tea room. During a treatment, you can also discover our state-of-the-art cryotherapy equipment and solid copper baths. The start of a unique experience: Alpinothérapie®.

The Spa des Alpes is open to both external guests and hotel residents, with preferential access reserved for the latter. For safety reasons, it is only accessible to people aged 16 and over.

Alpinothérapie® was conceived at an altitude of 1830 metres, in the heart of Alpe d'Huez. An exclusive concept inspired by the well-known practices of thalassotherapy at sea, applied to the mountains. It capitalises on five fundamental elements: altitude, cold, light, minerals and plants. Alpinothérapie® draws on the natural resources of the Oisans region to offer you a unique wellness experience. Combined with physical and contemplative activities in the Alpe d'Huez mountain pastures to reconnect you with nature, and body therapies including massage, lithotherapy, light therapy and cryotherapy, and combined with the myBlend cosmetics line, these resources multiply the virtues of a stay in the mountains tenfold.

Spa des Alpes is expanding its exclusive Alpinothérapie® offering to include treatments by Gemology. It's a partnership that makes sense for Spa des Alpes, as Gemology capitalises on one of the five pillars of Alpinothérapie®: minerals.

Gemology stands out for its innovation in mineral cosmetics, using trace elements (Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Copper...) extracted from precious stones such as Sapphire, Peridot and Ruby. Our ‘Cold & Light’ room is a harmonious blend of Alpinothérapie® and technological innovation. This unique new room is also distinguished by its exceptional setting: bathed in natural light and offering a breathtaking view of the snow-capped peaks, it invites you on a unique sensory journey. At the heart of this new avant-garde treatment room are cryotherapy treatments using cold, and photobiomodulation treatments using light, both for the body and face.
